What is your cancellation policy?A: At Dark-Wall Media, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a project with us, please provide written notice as soon as possible. If you cancel before any work has commenced, we will refund your deposit in full. If work has already begun, a portion of your deposit will be retained to cover our time and resources invested in the project. Once a project is completed, we cannot offer refunds, but we are committed to addressing any concerns or making necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
